We all knows that TRAI (Telecom Regulatory of India) has released his new guidelines for the telecom companies to release a new plan which has only Voice and Call because many users in the country still uses a keypad phone with no internet this is especially for elder peoples and those who lives in rural areas, their primary use of phones for calling and SMS not for data services.
Jio’s Voice and SMS-Only Plans but no data booster
Jio has introduced 2 new plan by following TRAI guidelines in which they released
1. Rs 448 Plan
- In this plan user will get the validity of 84 days
- And having benefits of unlimited voice calls and 1000 free SMS
- Additional to this jio has given access to a non-premium versions of Jio apps like JioTV, JioCinema, and JioCloud.
2. Rs 1,748 Plan
- With this plan user will get the validity of 336 years.
- It is having Unlimited voice calls and 3,600 free SMS
- with all this Similar to the Rs 448 plan, users get access to non-premium Jio apps like JioTV, JioCinema, and JioCloud.
Big Issue with the Data Boosters
some users think we will follow that plans and add data booster in their pack to use Internet when they required here Jio has bring some twist with all the plans which has written above does not able to use data booster.Yes it is true if you recharged your Jio sim with these plans then the users will not able to recharge with data booster but Instead, users can recharge with specific data-only packs (like Rs 11, Rs 19, Rs 29, Rs 49, Rs 175, Rs 219, Rs 289, Rs 359), but these are separate from the voice and SMS plans and have their own limited validity.
